By accessing the Scholar’s Learning Center (SLC) website and enrolling in our demo or full-time courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of this website and our educational services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our student/parent portals and booking services.
2. Enrollment & Demo Classes
- Free Demo: The "2-Day Free Demo Class" is subject to availability and batch timing. SLC reserves the right to reschedule these sessions.
- Registration: Users must provide accurate information (Name, Phone, City) when booking. Impersonation is strictly prohibited.
- Portal Access: Your PSID and account credentials are for personal use only and should not be shared with third parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, "Concept Notes," and proprietary teaching strategies provided by SLC are the intellectual property of the center. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of SLC study materials is a violation of these terms.
4. Code of Conduct
Students and parents are expected to maintain professional decorum during live sessions and within the SLC premises. Any form of harassment or digital misconduct will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
